Conference and assembly facilities for any occasion

Heureka’s facilities are the ideal venue for all types and sizes of events. The facilities can also be leased for private use. The exhibitions and programmes offered by Heureka are the perfect addition to complement any planned event.Only imagination sets the boundaries for your event! Heureka's facilities have been used to host jubilee celebrations and product presentations, company events for families, formal dinners and fancy weddings. The facilities can hold a maximum of 2,400 guests at any one time.

Virtanen Auditorium

  • 220 seats + 50 extra seats, modern audiovisual technology

  • Price: max 4 hours €580, over 4 hours €1,000 (incl. VAT)

  • AV equipment

  • Touchscreens in the auditorium and control booth for the purpose of managing the AV equipment and lighting

  • The podium has connection for three computers

  • Wired and wireless LAN

  • Screen, 7.4 X 3.8 m.


Conference rooms

  • Three conference rooms (A, B and C), each with a capacity of approx. 25 persons; can also be adapted into one larger room for 50-80 persons.

  • Price for one conference room: max 4 hours €100, over 4 hours €150.

  • AV equipment:

  • Conference rooms (A, B and C) contain data projectors and screens, resolution 1024 X 768

  • Wired and wireless LAN

  • Audio/visual link from auditorium to the conference rooms if necessary.


Heureka’s AV equipment

  • Heureka’s laptop computer with Internet access for customer use (Dell Studio XPS)

  • DVD players on the podium and in the control booth

  • VHS player in the control booth

  • Data/video projector: Sony VPL-FW41, resolution 1280 X 800 (WXGA)

  • Document camera (Qomo QD1600)

  • Stationary microphone on podium.

  • Wireless handheld and headworn microphones

  • Tabletop and additional microphones as necessary


Entire facility

  • The entire building and all services can be hired for festive events, also outside of the Centre’s opening hours. Ask for an offer!


Heureka planetarium

  • The Planetarium can be hired for private showings or other private use outside of the theatre’s general opening hours.
