T-Media's Travel & Hospitality Trust&Reputation 2024 survey explored Finns' views and perceptions of organisations in the sector and the industry in general. Korkeasaari Zoo is the most reputable organisation in the survey, with Science Centre Heureka and Sokos Hotels ranked second and third.

In the Travel & Hospitality Trust&Reputation survey, the reputation of 21 organisations was examined among Finnish citizens. Of the top three organisations, Korkeasaari had a reputation score of 3.91, Heureka 3.89 and Sokos Hotels 3.77.

The Trust&Reputation survey model calculates a reputation score for each organisation on a scale of 1 to 5.

The survey was conducted between April and May 2024 and a total of 2 453 Finns responded to the survey.

    Thursday evening ticket for 10 €

    Heureka offers admission tickets for 10 euros on Thursdays from 15.00 to 20.00 for both adults and children and young people aged 5-17. Children under the age of 5 can enter Heureka free of charge with a guardian. Thursday evening ticket prices are not valid 17.10., 5.12. and 26.12.
