In addition to the sense of taste, a fully enjoyable culinary experience is also greatly enhanced by our sense of smell, sight, hearing and touch. The workshop will teach, for example, the way in which expectations affect palatability, while learning about basic flavours and the significance of our sense of touch and hearing to our dining experience.
