The Heureka ticket includes access to all Heureka exhibitions, planetarium films, public performances and in the summer to the outdoor Science Park Galilei for one day.
With the Heureka Club card, you can visit Heureka's exhibitions and planetarium movies unlimitedly during the opening hours for a year. In addition, you get -10% off your purchases at Tiederavintola and Heureka Shop, as well as invitations to selected events.
On Thursday evenings from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, all Heureka tickets cost only €10/person, both in advance and on site. Buy your Thursday ticket here.
NOTE: The discount does not apply on Thursdays during summer season 23.6.-10.8., 16.10. and 25.12.
Note! Children under 5 years old can always enter Heureka free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.
The museum card, Heureka Club card and other Heureka benefits and payment methods are also valid on Thursday evening.
The Museum Card serves as an admission ticket to Heureka.
You do not need to make a reservation in advance for a visit with the Museum Card, but if you wish, you can reserve a place for a desired day at the Heureka while buying other tickets or just to ensure admission, for example during high season. Select the Heureka ticket at the web shop and then select "I'm coming with a Museum Card for €0.00". Please note that during the current day, tickets can be purchased or reserved at the ticket shop until Heureka opens.
At Heureka you can also show your Museum Card via the app, so you don't need to have a physical card with you.
You can also buy a Museum Card at Heureka and use it immediately. We will give you a temporary cardboard card. The actual plastic card will arrive at your home by post after registration.

The cultural benefit can be used as a means of payment for your own admission ticket, Museum Card or Heureka Club card. The purchased ticket or ticket part cannot be redeemed.

By train
Nearest train station: Tikkurila
From the station there is a sign to Heureka,
where it is about 700 meters on foot.By train from Helsinki railway station or Pasila: I, P, N, K, R, T, D, Z.
By train from Helsinki-Vantaa airport: commuter train P.By bus
On Vantaa's internal lines to Tikkurila station. From Helsinki you can take bus no. 611 to Tikkurila station. -
By road
Heureka has plenty of parking space for cars and buses
in the parking lot on the other side of the train track at Kuninkaalantie 5. Parking is always free.
Please note that on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m
the permitted parking time is 6 hours with a parking disc, on weekends
there is no time limit. There are signs for the parking lot from Tikkurila and Kehä
from III.
If the parking area in question is full, vehicles have the opportunity to use other nearby parking facilities.
There is a 12-hour parking area almost opposite, a 24-hour area at the southern end of Kuninkaalantie, and free parking along Taosti on weekdays after 4 pm and on weekends (in the section where there is a so-called day ban on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm).Disabled parking

Yes, you can buy a Museum Card when you arrive at Heureka. We will give you a temporary cardboard card. The actual plastic card will arrive at your home by mail after registration.
Yes you can. If you want to change the visit date afterwards, please send an e-mail about the change of the visit date to the address asiakaspalvelu@heureka.fi no later than one day before the visit. Attach the purchase confirmation or other identifying information to the email.
Note! The planetarium is closed for renovation. The planetarium will reopen in autumn 2025.
The age limit for the planetarium is 5 years. Planetarium films are included in the price of the day's Heureka ticket. Note! On busy days, weekends and during high season, we cannot guarantee a seat for all planetarium films. Please remember to reserve your seats for the desired show at Heureka using the reservation code on the planetarium door.
The nursery is located in the entrance hall behind the coat racks. You can come to exhibitions with a stroller.
There are coat racks and free lockers in the entrance hall. The sizes of the cabinets are:
height 600 mm, width 400 mm, depth 400 mm.
height 1700 mm, width 245 mm, depth 402 mm.
Larger suitcases can be left for storage at the ticket office.
Heureka is not responsible for property left in coat racks or cabinets.
Heureka has a disability card item. In addition, we have e.g. barrier-free access from premises to others, and we offer a variety of aids.
Only guide dogs on duty are allowed.
Heureka has its own Science restaurant, which offers e.g. daily changing lunch.
You can eat your own snacks at the snack area (at 2nd floor). Please note that snacks can be sandwiches, rolls, etc., but not hot food. Eating your own snacks is not allowed in the exhibition area.
In Heureka, you can take photos for your own use and publish them, e.g. in social media.
