Giveaway rules when buying tickets to the NOX event

Giveaway organizer

The raffle is organized by the Science Centre Foundation sr/Science Centre Heureka together with Kanresta/Science Restaurant and Baba Foods (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

Giveaway prize

The giveaway is 12 pcs three-course dinners for two people (total value €98). The dinner includes food and drinks. The dinner will be organized at Heureka during the event.

Participation period

The giveaway can be entered until 11:59 p.m. on August 16, 2026.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all persons over the age of 18 who have purchased or reserved a NOX event ticket by August 16, 2026. Participation in the giveaway requires that you give your email address. An event ticket can also be purchased or reserved without participating in the giveaway.

Winner selection

12 winners will be drawn. The giveaway will be done during week 34.

Contacting the winners

The winners will be notified by email of the win and the time of the dinner during week 34. If the winner cannot be reached or does not confirm their participation by the deadline announced by the organizer, the organizer may draw a new winner.

Processing of personal data

The organizer undertakes not to use or disclose the participants' personal data for direct marketing unless the participant has separately expressed a desire to subscribe to the Heureka's newsletter. The participant's personal data will only be used in connection with the delivery of the prize, and their processing is subject to the organizer's privacy statement.

Other terms

The prize cannot be exchanged for money. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the giveaway and its rules that do not materially affect the status of the participants.
