    During the school year we open for early childhood education groups on Monday and Friday at 10 a.m., by appointment Tuesday–Thursday at 9 a.m.

  • Payment and payment methods

    Daycareprices require advance booking and co-payment. Prices are valid for groups of Finnish kindergartens, comprehensive schools and upper secondary schools when the visit is led by a teacher.

    You can pay for your visit by cash, debit or credit card or with the invoice sent after the visit. The billing surcharge is 8 euros.

  • Meals and snacks

    A possible lunch or other meals can be booked directly at Science Restaurant . Meals are paid to the restaurant.

    Early childhool education groups can enjoy their own snacks in the designated eating area. Eating in the exhibition area is not permitted.

    Early childhood education groups can now visit exhibitions at the beginning of the year for a special price of only €5 per child! During this period, major renovations are underway in the exhibition area. The Giants of the Ice Age, Our Journey in Space, Water - The Stream of Life and the new Play and Explore exhibitions are open.

Reservations for early childhood education groups

The earlier the better!
Make a reservation for your group at least a week before the visit, and you are entitled to cheaper group tickets for early childhood education groups. Reservations are made directly in the electronic reservation system.
