Everyone has the right to feel safe at Heureka.
When I am at Heureka,
I follow these principles for a safe space.
I am considerate of other people.
Heureka welcomes everyone.
I make sure that everyone can participate.
I move around calmly.
I give space to others and wait for my turn.
If I am visiting with children,
I also help the children to be considerate of other people.
I treat everyone equally.
I treat everyone with respect.
We are all different.
Everyone has the right to be the person that they feel they are.
I will not bully, discriminate or harass others.
I respect everyone’s privacy.
I will not touch anyone without permission.
I let everyone decide what they want to participate in.
If I offend or hurt someone, I apologize.
