The age restriction for the planetarium is 5 years
Age recommendation
On each film’s page, you’ll find Heureka’s age recommendation for that film. These are recommendations, not restrictions – everyone aged 5 and over is welcome to watch any of the films.

How do I reserve a seat for a planetarium show?

Weekends (Sat–Sun) and school holiday seasons:

  • Seat reservations are made on site at Heureka via the QR code displayed on the information screen in front of the planetarium.
  • Please note that on busy days we cannot guarantee a seat for everyone at the planetarium films.


Weekdays Mon–Fri

  • Seats for planetarium shows cannot be reserved in advance.
