27. Sausage grilling competition

  • The newest Heureka moment

    In July's Heureka moment, science wizards Mika and Heko compete in a grilling competition. Mika's technique is to build a traditional campfire, while Heko approaches the challenge in a slightly different way. Who can grill the sausage faster?



    Science fact from the video: The tube helps the flame rise higher because warm air rises. This creates a strong air flow in the tube, which constantly brings more oxygen to the fire. The more oxygen is available for combustion, the hotter and more efficient the fire burns. This phenomenon is called the chimney effect.
