Tickets for the current day can be purchased online until Heureka opens, and then only on site. Advance tickets are €3 cheaper than tickets purchased at Heureka. Proof of entitlement to a student, pensioner, unemployed or conscript ticket must be provided when exchanging the ticket for an admission sticker at Heureka. You can prove your unemployment by logging into the JobMarket Finland website and showing the validity of your job application.

  • All with the same admission ticket

    The Heureka ticket includes access to all Heureka exhibitions, planetarium films, public performances and in the summer to the outdoor Science Park Galilei for one day.

    Payment methods: online store, bank and credit cards (Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, Diners Club, American Express), invoice.

  • With the museum card to Heureka

    The museum card is used as an entrance ticket to Heureka on site. There is no need to make a reservation in advance. With the museum card, you claim entry to all exhibitions, planetarium films and other shows.

  • Suite

    Entry of a personal assistant free of charge. The assisted person over the age of 5 must have an admission ticket. If necessary, the card/certificate entitling the assistant to a free visit must be presented at the ticket office.

  • Changes to the visit date?

    If you want to change the date of your visit or cancel your purchase after purchasing a ticket, send an email to asiakaspalvelu@heureka.fi . Include the purchase identification information or purchase confirmation in the message.
