    The science camp evening for adults will be held on Friday 23.5.2025 from 7 p.m. to midnight.

    Tickets in advance from the online store are 18€ and at the door are 20€, if there are still tickets left.

    Note: Museum cards, Heureka Club annual cards, Kaiku cards or Heureka free tickets are not accepted as payment for the event.

    We who work at Heureka have written our own summer camp song "Vasta myöhemmin tajusin" (I realized it later) for the event. You can listen to the song on YouTube and Spotify

  • The program

    The program will be updated until the event. There can also be changes.

    The program will be indoors and outdoors, so please dress accordingly!

    Color code: white.

    Heureka's exhibitions will be open throughout the event. The planetarium is closed for renovation.

Powder cannon party

Add color to your life and get ready to dance to the hottest dance hits! Wear white clothes that can get stained.

The cannon party is organized in collaboration with Bileet.fi.

Note! Weather permitting. If the cannon party has to be canceled due to weather conditions, we will organize a surprise program indoors.

  • Wasted Flowers Workshop

    Come and make a cute clip from discarded flowers that you can attach to your hair, bag or clothes, for example.

  • Pyrography workshop

    Make a lasting memory of this evening! Using the burn drawing method, you can make your own keychain.

Ursa's Planetarium

What would a summer camp be without the starry sky? In the Ursa Planetarium show, you will learn what is visible in the sky right now and what all can be found there.

One performance can accommodate about 20 people at a time. Reservations are made on site - it's worth being quick!

7.30 pm, 8.15 pm, 8.45 pm, 9.30 pm, 10.15 pm and 10.45 pm.

  • Animal Tracks in the Summer Quiz

    Food, droppings and vomit balls! At the Science on a Sphere attraction, you can look at animal tracks and guess who left them.

    The quiz will be held non-stop throughout the evening. Each round will last an unspecified amount of time.

  • Yrttipelto

    The power of biophilia

    In the workshop you will explore and test your connection to nature through sensations and materials.

    In collaboration with the University of Helsinki.

  • Make your own lip balm!

    Come make your own lip balm.

  • Flowers and bees

    Lecturer: Kati Schenk, Korkeasaari's responsible guide. Master of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.

    Why are all worker bees sisters and why does a female praying mantis eat a male after mating? The lecture will reveal some surprising facts about insect reproduction.

    The lecture is organized in collaboration with Korkeasaari.

Science Restaurant

The science restaurant has both indoor and outdoor drinking stations. You will receive a mug from the drinking station, which you can use throughout the event.

If you get hungry, there are also smaller and larger snacks available.

"Vasta myöhemmin tajusin" - SONG
