THE STORY OF THE FOREST AS TOLD BY THE OMNISCIENT OAK

The Heart of the Forest

Hi! I am an ancient, all-knowing oak, the Tree of Life, standing deep in the heart of the forest. In the film, I will take you deep into the forest, through all the seasons. I will tell you about the cycle of life, the power of forests, and their biodiversity. Welcome to a captivating journey into the world of trees!

The film is a poetic plea to protect what remains of our ancient forests, and a reminder that their fate is inextricably linked to our own.

Tip! The beautiful oak tree starring in the film is the Paavola Oak in Lohja. A wonderful destination for a nature walk!
