In connection with school visits, teachers, school assistants and personal assistants can enter free of charge. When the group arrives on the bus, the driver also gets in free of charge. Other adult supervisors accompanying the school groups pay the price of the school ticket. Students of universities and colleges pay the price of a student ticket.

Payment
If the students pay for their visit themselves, you collect the money for the teacher in advance, the teacher pays for everyone's admission at once.
If students in a school group pay for tickets individually, the price of a student ticket will be charged instead of a school ticket.
Payment methods
The visit can be paid for in cash, with a bank or credit card, or with an invoice sent after the visit. The billing surcharge is 8 euros.
Yleistä laskutuksesta
• Laskutus on mahdollista kouluille, yrityksille ja rekisteröidyille yhdistyksille. Yksityishenkilöitä emme voi laskuttaa.
• Jos luokan vanhempainyhdistyksellä ei ole Y-tunnusta, on lasku mahdollista lähettää paperilaskuna koulun postiosoitteeseen. Tällöin luokan opettaja vastaa laskun välittämisestä eteenpäin vanhempainyhdistykselle ja koulu toimii maksusuorituksen takaajana. Ilmoita varausjärjestelmän Laskutustiedot-kentässä koulun nimi, postiosoite ja opettajan sekä rehtorin nimi.
• Jos valitsette Maksusitoumuksen, jolloin kunta / kaupunki maksaa vierailun (esim. Espoo, Helsinki), maksusitoumus tulee toimittaa etukäteen sähköpostitse osoitteeseen info@heureka.fi tai tuoda tullessa. Vantaan kaupungin laskuille tarvitaan myös kustannuspaikkanumero. Ilmoita varausjärjestelmän Laskutustiedot-kentässä tuotteko maksusitoumuksen mukananne vai toimitatteko sen ennakkoon sähköpostitse.
Laskutustiedot
Jos vierailu laskutetaan, ilmoitathan TARKAT laskutustiedot varausta tehdessäsi niille varattuun kohtaan.
Jos laskutustiedot ovat puutteelliset, vierailu tulee maksaa paikan päällä käteisellä / kortilla.
Laskutustiedoissa pitää mainita aina:
• Laskun maksajan nimi (esim. koulu, kunta tai kaupunki)
• Y-tunnus
(jos lasku menee koululle, ei Y-tunnusta tarvita)
• Postiosoite
/ PL-osoite
• Mahdollinen viitetieto
Verkkolaskutusta varten tarvitsemme lisäksi seuraavat tiedot:
• OVT tunnus
• Verkkolaskun välittäjä sekä välittäjätunnus
• Mahdollinen viite (kustannuspaikka tms.)
