Planetarium films

Heureka´s planetarium presents films projected on a hemispherical-shaped screen, giving viewers a sense of being right in the middle of the action. Heureka’s planetarium is one of the most modern digital planetariums in Europe.

The shows are mainly animated planetarium films based on newest technology.

Pop-Up Heureka

Pop-Up Heureka is a science show featuring demonstrations, experiments and interaction, revealed surprisingly from a traveling trunk right in the middle of the audience.

Designed with content which addresses all ages, Pop-Up Heureka promotes lifelong learning, encourages presenter and audience interaction and activates visitors to think about the phenomena presented in the show.

Pop-up Heureka -show must be reserved at least 7 days prior to the visit. Duration of the show is approximately 30 minutes.

Guided tour in the exhibitions

Get to know Heureka´s exhibitions guided by a Heureka inspirer! Guided tour´s interesting details and examples of the exhibits allow participants to get more out of the exhibitions.

Guided tour must be reserved at least 7 days prior to the visit. Maximum group size is 20 people. Duration of the guided tour is 45 minutes. The tours are available in Finnish, English and Swedish.

The exhibition sprint

The Exhibition sprint combines group work, playful competition and joy of discovery as well as getting to know the different exhibitions at Heureka. Groups perform fun tasks in the exhibitions instructed by a Heureka inspirer.

In this immersive program teamwork, speed and courage are put to the test!

Exhibition sprint must be reserved at least 7 days prior to the visit. Number of participants is max 60 people. The program lasts about an hour.
