Science on a Sphere is a parametric spherical projection device developed by the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ( NOAA ), which can be used to illustrate current phenomena on Earth and in Space. In the presentations led by a Inspirer, data collected by satellites and probes about the oceans, climate, earth's crust and space are reviewed in varying degrees.
