  • How do I cancel my purchase?

    Cancel your camp spot no later than 7 days before the start of the camp to the following address: asiakaspalvelu@heureka.fi .

    After this, cancellation and refund can only be made against a medical certificate.

    You can inquire about possible exchanges at: asiakaspalvelu@heureka.fi .

  • The camp is sold out - is it possible to still buy tickets?

    Any cancelled camp spots will be available for sale in the ticket store. If you didn't manage to buy a ticket, it's worth keeping an eye on this page!
