During the exhibition change, normal Heureka-tickets are 20% off. The exhibitions that are open are Giants of the Ice Age , Our Journey in Space , and the Play and Explore area that will open in late December. In addition, the renovated planetarium will once again be showing films every day in early 2026!

Tickets for the current day can be purchased online until Heureka opens, and then only on site. Advance tickets are €3 cheaper than tickets purchased at Heureka. Proof of entitlement to a student, pensioner, unemployed or conscript ticket must be provided when exchanging the ticket for an admission sticker at Heureka. You can prove your unemployment by logging into the JobMarket Finland website and showing the validity of your job application.

Heureka is being renewed!

From 7.1.–20.3.2026 we are making changes! The beloved Heureka classics will move to a new space and get a new look. During the renovation, regular-priced Heureka tickets -20%.

  • Exhibitions that are open

    During the renovation the following exhibitions are open: Giants of the Ice Age and Our Journey in Space , the Play and Explore area that opens in late December. In addition, from early 2026, the brand new planetarium will once again be showing films every day!

    Payment methods: online banking, debit and credit cards, as well as invoice and installment services.

  • With the museum card to Heureka

    The museum card is used as an entrance ticket to Heureka on site. There is no need to make a reservation in advance. With the museum card, you claim entry to all exhibitions, planetarium films and other shows.

  • Personal assistants

    Entry of a personal assistant free of charge. The assisted person over the age of 5 must have an admission ticket. If necessary, the card/certificate entitling the assistant to a free visit must be presented at the ticket office.

  • Changes to the visit date?

    If you want to change the date of your visit or cancel your purchase after purchasing a ticket, send an email toasiakaspalvelu@heureka.fi. Include the purchase identification information or purchase confirmation in the message.
