Two Centuries of Braille anniversary exhibition.
Exhibition on display 15.5.2025–6.1.2026.

Come and explore the world through different eyes!
We live in a world that emphasises visual information – but what if our eyes cannot see?
This exhibition presents the spectrum of our visual capacity and the role of touch and memory in the daily lives of the visually impaired. You can feel braille with your fingertips and experience how audio description brings the visible to our ears.
You can also find answers to questions such as: Is it okay if I say “see you” to a blind person?
The exhibition was curated in collaboration with the Finnish Federation of the Visually Impaired. The exhibition has Finnish Braille. The exhibition texts in Swedish and English Braille are available at the information desk.
