Is it really difficult to follow nutritional recommendations or does it just seem that way? Come and find out in practice! This workshop will reveal researched information about healthy eating and, above all, what the recommendations look like in everyday life.
We will make the nutritional recommendations concrete: what 500 g of vegetables means, where to get your daily whole grain and fiber, what are good sources of protein and fat, and how to stay within the recommendations regarding sugar, salt and hard fat.
When you leave, you will know how to build a balanced diet that works for you in everyday life. Come and try out how small, smart food choices can promote your health and well-being.
