    The Giants of the Ice Age exhibition opened in February 2025 and has been a huge success over the past year. The exhibition features nearly 20 life-size animal robots - including a mammoth and a saber-toothed cat!

    Miniature exhibitions

    Come see the world with different eyes and admire beautiful works!

    The exhibition Different Eyes is a celebration of Braille 200 years. The exhibition Fibrations consists of the final projects of students from the interdisciplinary course "Crystal Flowers in Halls of Mirrors: Mathematics Meets Art and Architecture" at Aalto University. Both exhibitions are open until January 6, 2026.

During the autumn holidays, you should experience the spectacular physics phenomena in the Heureka Classics exhibition, and Circular Factory and Electri City exhibitions.

  • Quick tips for visiting Heureka during the autumn holidays

    1) In week 42 we are open Mon–Fri 9 am–6 pm and Sat–Sun 10 am–6 pm. You can find our opening hours for the other weeks, as well as arrival instructions and prices our information page

    2) When you get hungry, you'll find something to for everyone to eat at the Science Restaurant - everything from a hearty lunch to coffee and biscuits! Heureka also has facilities for eating your own snacks.

    3) There are free storage lockers in the lobby, so you can enjoy your day without backpacks and autumn outerwear. It is also possible to leave larger bags at customer service during your visit.

    Heureka's extremely popular H18: Halloween science event takes place on Friday, October 31st from 7 pm to midnight. In honor of the brand new water exhibition, Halloween will be celebrated with a sewer theme.
